Jackson T. Chase

Pennsylvania born Jackson T. Chase got the radio fever while a Junior at Lansdale Catholic High School, the same school where former Philadelphia
76ers coached basketball. In the spring of 1967 Jackson began his storied broadcasting career arriving in Atlantic City in August 1971 doing overnights at Merv Griffin’s WMID. Since then Jackson has worked at all the major stations in South Jersey and has been part of the Kool 98.3 on air line up since June 1999.

In addition to his 3pm to7pm shift Monday through Friday Jackson assists Vice President of Broadcast Operations Paul Kelly in the research and scheduling of South Jersey Greatest Hits on Kool 98.3, one of the favorite parts of his day.

In Jackson’s down time, he enjoys Phillies baseball in summer, Eagles football in winter, reading about our past military conflicts and an iced cold beer.

Jackson is also a Vietnam Veteran and is a lifetime member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, and a long time member of the American Legion and
Veteran of Foreign Wars and well as the Knights of Columbus.
